Currently, I have two other videos. We had this meal. My five make-ahead breakfast recipes and five make-ahead lunch recipes are part of my Prep series. Those are the playlists that I've shared in the meal prep series so far, below, if you've not seen them. Also, all the recipes in this series will always be 100% gluten-free.

Most of them will be paleo-friendly, as well as low-carb and keto-friendly. Let's go ahead and get started. Firstly, I have a protein smoothie recipe using blueberry muffins.

That's right, this one's low-carb and paleo friendly. To make this, you'll need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, a high-quality protein powder, almond butter, and for the protein, I'm gonna use one of my favorites.

With this bulletproof collagen protein, you will get a vanilla flavor, as well as a low carb sweetener mixed in. For a low carb smoothie, however, if your protein powder does not contain that, you may want to add stevia instead.

If you want to sweeten it up a bit, go ahead and add all your ingredients to your blender after which you will blend until it's extra smooth. Now,  to keep this smoothie fresh for a few days in the refrigerator,  add a teaspoon or two of fresh lemon juice and you're good to go. Next is our green matcha smoothie.

Paleo right now, but it can also be made low-carb by removing the banana and adding more avocado. Here it is. What you will need are unsweetened almond milk, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You can print all of these recipes from my blog. I'll leave the link below in the description box for y'all to enjoy, this is one of my favorite shows.

That's it. In the next smoothie, the matcha powder really helps increase your capital. Does my cacao energize me? Make this healthy mocha smoothie low in carbs and paleo. Almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder and protein powder are needed.

Adding MCT oil or coconut oil to my smoothies can increase fat burning since they are both medium chain, fatty acids. Increase brainpower and energy. This  if you happen to have a chocolate craving,  I even drink this smoothie in the afternoon,  if I need a healthy pick-me-up before moving on to the next smoothie.

Our recipe is for my energizing matcha beet smoothie. You can use this one as part of a paleo diet. The ingredients include unsweetened almond milk, beets, bananas, hemp seeds, oil, flaxseed, and matcha powder.

If you're not a fan of beets, you'll have to take my word for it. Be sure to include the banana to make it more delicious, and beets contain a powerful antioxidant called betasirner, which makes them extra nutritious.

That can help to clarify toxins from your liver and to remove fat deposits from your bloodstream, and everyone knows that a healthy liver equals a healthy metabolism, which equals optimal fat burning, so I genuinely believe you should do that.

If you try this smoothie, you will be surprised at how delicious it is. Last but not least, I'm sharing a fat-burning turmeric smoothie. Here we have another low-carb, paleo-friendly recipe, but it is intense so be sure to start slowly.

For this recipe, you will need unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, ground turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger. Turmeric and ginger are very powerful spices which have been found to promote metabolism, cleanse the body, and reduce inflammation.

This smoothie is one of my favorites. If I ate too much the day before, since it reduces inflammation and bloating super fast. It is still a good idea to start very slowly, especially if you are not used to ginger or turmeric.

That concludes today's video, five weight loss breakfast smoothies. Now, if you give any of these recipes a shot, please leave a comment below and tell me what you thought. It would be great if you enjoyed this meal prep series.

My results from a diet called the smoothie diet inspired me to write about it. The diet has started. I gained about 70 pounds all in all with two pregnancies after I had my second son. I attempted numerous methods to lose weight without success.

There were just too many obstacles, or I was always hungry, and I was super cranky. I discovered the smoothie diet, which is so easy to follow. You make the smoothies and replace some meals with them afterward. They taste great and are pretty easy to make.
