My video collection now includes two other videos. This meal contains. The preparation series consists of 5 things to make ahead for breakfast & lunch. Those are the playlists that I've shared in the meal prep series so far, below, if you've not seen them. Also, all the recipes in this series will always be 100% gluten-free.

There will be a lot of paleo-friendly recipes, and plenty of carb-free and ketogenic ones as well. Let's begin now. This recipe is a protein smoothie made with blueberry muffins.

Now this is low, carbs, and paleo. The ingredients for this smoothie include almond milk, blueberries, chia seeds, protein powder, almond butter and one of my favorite proteins.

The collagen protein with vanilla flavor from bulletproof already contains low-carb sweeteners. It may be helpful to add stevia to your low carb smoothies if your protein powder does not have that.

Put all your ingredients in the blender and blend them until they're as smooth as ice cream. Now,  if you want to put this smoothie in the refrigerator,  add a teaspoon or two of fresh lemon juice and you're good to go. Next is our green matcha smoothie.

Paleo right now, but it can also be made low-carb by removing the banana and adding more avocado. So here you go. You'll need almond milk without sugar, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice and matcha powder.

All the ingredients can be blended in a blender until smooth. Don't forget to stir after you're done. There will all be recipes for you to print off on my blog. There's a link in the description box below for you all to follow. It's one of my favorites.

There it is. Smoothies with matcha powder are super energizing and boost capitalism at the same time. Does my cacao energize me? This low-carb, paleo-friendly smoothie is made with mocha. It is required that you prepare unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

Adding MCT oil or coconut oil to my smoothies helps to increase fat burning because they contain medium chain fatty acids. This  if you are craving chocolate,  and I enjoy having it in the afternoon,  especially if I need to pick myself up and keep going with my diet.

We're going to make my energizing matcha beet smoothie. You can have this one paleo-friendly. A small beet banana, a flax, oil, hemp seeds, and matcha powder are required.

You have to trust me on this one, if you do not like beets. Beetroot, even though it contains a powerful antioxidant called beta Simon, actually tastes great thanks to the banana.

Toxins from the liver are removed, as well as fat deposits from your bloodstream, and having a healthy liver means you'll burn fat at a higher rate, so I think you'll lose a lot of weight if you do that.

You'll be pleasantly surprised with the taste, so give it a try. Let me share my fat-burning tumeric smoothie with you. There is one low-carb and paleo option for this one, but go very slowly when using the turmeric.

Unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, ground turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger are all necessary. Turmeric and ginger are very powerful spices which have been found to promote metabolism, cleanse the body, and reduce inflammation.

This smoothie is one of my favorites. In case I ate a little too much the day before, it can help reduce bloating and inflammation fast. You should start slowly with turmeric and ginger if you are not accustomed to the taste.

Here's the final video for today's five make-ahead fat-burning breakfast smoothies. Now, let me know what you think of any of these recipes if you try them out. So far, I'm really enjoying this meal prep series.

Hello. I wanted to comment on the results I've had with the smoothie diet. As of yesterday, I began my diet. As a result of my second pregnancy, I had gained 70 pounds over both pregnancies. I had tried many other ways to lose weight and nothing was working.

I found the smoothie diet to be so easy to follow after trying all kinds of diets or being hungry all the time. The smoothies taste amazing. You eat them in place of some meals.
